Material for Golgappa
- Semolina (rava) – 1/2 cup
- Flour – 2 Table Spoon

Method of making crispy golgappas
- 1. First mix semolina, maida, salt and baking soda in a bowl.
- 2. Now add a little water and knead hard dough. Cover it for 15-20 minutes.
- 3. Knead the dough again and make small balls and roll it thin.
- 4. Now heat oil in a pan and fry golgappas on medium flame.
