  • Semolina (rava) – 1/2 cup

  • Roasted cumin powder – 1 tsp
  • Sugar – 1/2 tsp (optional)
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Water – 4 cups
  • Lemon juice – 1 table spoon
  • Tamarind spicy water method step by step

  • 1. First of all get tamarind in water and take out its pulp.
  • 2. Now grind mint, coriander, green chillies in a grinder.
  • 3. Put tamarind pulp and ground paste in a vessel.
  • 4. Add black salt, salt, roasted cumin and lemon juice to it.
  • 5. If you want, you can increase sweetness by mixing some sugar.
  • 6. Finally add 4 cups of cold water and mix well.
  • 7. Sieve it and cool it for 1-2 hours in the fridge, so that the flavor of spices dissolves in water.

  • Boiled Potato – 2 Medium
  • Black gram – 1/2 cup (boiled)
  • Onion – 1 finely chopped
  • Salt, red chili – as per taste
