Put 2 teaspoons of oil on the gas and add 2 teaspoons of oil to it. As soon as the oil is hot, add garlic, ginger, green chillies and onion and fry it till it becomes light golden. Now add carrots, cabbage and capsicum and cook for 3-4 minutes. If the vegetables become a little soft, then add black pepper, red chili, turmeric, mango and salt and mix well. Cook this stuffing while stirring for 4-5 minutes and turn off the gas.
3. Complete rolling and filling
Now take a big dough from the prepared dough and roll it as thick as the bread with the rolling. Cut it round with a knife. Now keep the stuffing of vegetables on one puri and stick the edges well so that the stuffing does not come out.

4. Steam
Boil water by adding water to the pan and place a steamer on it. Now keep the stuffed Puri in the steamer, cover and allow steam for 10-12 minutes. Remove it as soon as it is ready.
You can eat this steamed stuffed whole with green chutney, tomato sauce or Shezwan dip. Everyone will like this from children to elders.
