Special masala potato: Sometimes the guests have to serve something different and wonderful. On such occasions we find such recipes that are good even in appearance and just wow! If you are thinking something similar, then these spicy potatoes made in a special way are perfect. Their color, fragrance and taste from above are so tremendous that the eaters will not get tired of praising. The special thing about this recipe is – its spice, which is first frying lightly and then coarsely, and then climbs on the potato, a temper that can win everyone’s heart. Important material:
-Midium size raw potatoes -500 grams
-This -2 (finely chopped)
-Chone -2 tablespoons (slightly less sour)
-Maida -2 tablespoons
-Pani -1 glass
-salt to taste
-Kuking oil -As per need
-The coriander -a little bit
-Ig -2 pinch
-Casuri Fenugreek -Half Tsp

Dry Masala (to roast):

-Sabut coriander -2 tablespoons
-Jeera -1 teaspoon
-South -1 teaspoon
-The cardamom -2
-Long-4-5
-Kali Chilli-7-8
-Calcrney -1 piece
-Tejipatta -1

The rest of the spices:
-Manus paste -1 teaspoon
-The dried red chili -2
-Derk -a little bit, thin chopped
-The chili -finely chopped
-Cut pepper -half tsp

2. Now: Put dried spices in a small pan and fry it lightly – whole coriander, cumin, fennel, cloves, cardamom, pepper. Turn off the gas and add kasoori methi and asafoetida. Grind it coarsely.

3. On the other side: Take out the fryed potatoes and add bay leaf, cinnamon in the same oil, then add finely chopped onion and fry it lightly. Then add dry red chili, garlic paste, ginger, green chili, and hut pepper. Mix everyone well.

4. Now: Add the curd and mix it. Then add potatoes and cover and cook.

5. Round of spice: Take 2 teaspoons of maida in a bowl, add a little water to make a smooth solution. Now add coarsely ground masala and some green coriander.

6. Now: Put this spice solution slowly in the pan and mix together so that no kernels are made. Add salt to taste.

7. Finally: Cook the gas medium and cook for 2 minutes so that the maida also cooks well and the gravy becomes thick.

Method of serving:
You can serve this wonderful potato with naan, parantha, lacha paratha or puri. The test will be such that all the fingers will be kept licking.
