Soya kofta curry: Sometimes such things are saved in the kitchen that it seems that nothing can be made now, but if a little mind is applied, then the remaining goods can turn into tremendous dish. Something similar happened when one day I made my mouth after seeing the old vegetable and took out the soya lying in the kitchen. On that day not only tastes, but also got the idea of a new vegetable, soya kofta curry, this dish is made just quickly, but it has a tremendous combination of taste, health and fun. In this article, we will know how you can make it with some common things, which will be liked by people of all ages.
Step-by-step recipe (main part)
Seeing one day old vegetable, I thought something new should be done. First, took a cup of a cup and soaked it in hot water. When saw after about 5 minutes, Soya swelled well. Squeeze the water and put it in the grinder.
Now it was the turn of the flavor I put a little garlic, a lot of ginger, fresh coriander and children’s favorite green chillies. For those who like a little spicy, add two dry red chillies. It became a good paste as soon as it turned in the grinder.
-Now add salt, garam masala, a little finely chopped onion and gram flour in this mixture. If you want, you can also add a little ghee, it enhances both taste and texture. After mixing everything well, a kind of flour became. Made small balls i.e. koftas with this flour.
-Fry these koftas in hot oil. As soon as you put it in oil, they became red and crisp, very tempting! Now there were two options: either they should be eaten with tea or a delicious gravy should be prepared.
-I chose another way. Put some oil in a pan, then add cumin, finely chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes and spices. When the masala was roasted well, then added water and prepared the gravy. Finally put fried koftas in it and just! Soya Kofta was ready as curry.
-So next time when you want to create something new in the kitchen, then definitely try this soya kofta curry. Taste guarantee from me!
