Soy kebab making materials:
1. Soybean – 1 Cup
2. Ginger – 1 small piece
3. Garlic-4-5 buds
4. Green Chilli – 1 to 2 (as per taste)
5. Onion – 1 medium finely chopped
6. Chaat Masala – 1 teaspoon
7. Garam Masala – ½ tsp
8. Gram flour – 2 tablespoons
9. Green Coriander – 2 tablespoons finely chopped
10. Salt – as per taste
11. Ghee or oil – to fry kebabs
Now put the sok soybean in the mixer. Add ginger, garlic and green chillies together and grind coarsely. Take out this paste in a bowl.

Add finely chopped onion, chaat masala, garam masala, salt, gram flour, green coriander and a little ghee in this paste. Now mix it well so that a thick mixture is ready.
4. Cabbing Cabab:
Now take a little mixture and roll it by hand and give a shape like tikki or kebab.
Heat a little oil or ghee in the pan and roast the prepared kebabs till it becomes golden from both sides. If you want, you can also make it in the air fryer.
Serve hot kebabs with green chutney or tomato sauce. If you want, you can also serve onion laches and lemon.
Some tips:
1. It is necessary to squeeze soybean well or else the mixer will remain wet.
2. If you want, you can also add boiled potatoes or bread crumbs, it can tie the kebabs even better.
3. Reduce green chillies for children.
