Ingredients for cheese stuffed dosa
-Saa Batter -2 cups (market or homemade)
-S 2 to 3 teaspoons (to bake dosa)
-Paneer -200 grams, grated
-Pion -1 finely chopped
-Tomato -1 finely chopped
-Shimla Chilli -Half a cup, finely chopped
-The chili -1 finely chopped
-Derk-garlic paste-1 tsp
-Uche powder -1/4 teaspoon
-The chili powder -1/2 teaspoon
-Dhania powder -1/2 teaspoon
-Chram Masala -1/4 teaspoon
-The coriander -2 tablespoons, chopped
-Nem -As per taste
-S 2 teaspoons (for stuffing)
Add turmeric, red chili, coriander powder and salt and mix well. After this, add grated cheese and mix it lightly. Turn off the gas and prepare the stuffing by adding green coriander over it.
3. Bake dosa:
Heat non-stick griddle. Wipe out with light oil. Spread a slim batter and spread it thin in the rounding. Put some oil on the edges and let the dosa become crispy.

4. Fill the stuffing:
When the dosa becomes golden and crispy from the bottom, add the prepared cheese stuffing in the middle. Fold the dosa and bake for 1 minute by pressing it lightly.
Serve hot-hot cheese stuffed dosa with coconut chutney, tomato chutney or sambar.
Tips and tricks
1. If you like Spicy then you can add green chillies and red chili.
2. If the dosa batter is of the house then the taste and crispness increases.
3. Keep spices less for children and you can enhance the taste by adding a little butter to the cheese.
4. In stuffing, you can also add vegetables of your choice like carrots, peas or lady finger.
