Mattha Wale Aloo Recipe: This recipe is not only easy but fits in everyone’s rhythm. These potatoes full of light spices and yogurt taste will become special in every lunch or dinner.

Whey potato recipe
Material:
-Telo-4-5 medium sized
-Chet -1 cup
-Jeera -1 teaspoon
-The chili-2-3 finely chopped
-Derk -1 inch piece grated
-Ig -1 pinch
-Dhania powder -1 teaspoon
-Turni powder -1/2 teaspoon
-Mech powder -1/2 teaspoon (as per taste)
-Nem -As per taste
-Pani -1/4 cup (as per requirement)
-Dhaniya -for garnish
Method of preparation:
1. First peel the potatoes and cut it into small pieces and boil it. While boiling, keep in mind that the potatoes do not break.
2. Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is well heated, add cumin seeds to it. If the cumin seeds start crackling, add ginger and green chillies and fry it lightly.
3. Now add asafetida to it and immediately add boiled potatoes. Fry the potatoes on low flame while stirring lightly.
4. Now add spices – coriander powder, turmeric, chili powder and salt. Mix all the things well in potatoes.
5. After this, add curd. While adding curd, mix it slowly so that the curd is not torn.
6. Use a little water, so that a little juice is made in the potato and the spices dissolve well.
7. Cover the potatoes and let it cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes. Keep stirring in between.
8. Finally garnish by adding fresh coriander over the top.
Method of serving:
Serve whey potatoes hot. You can also serve it as roti, paratha, rice or simply snacks.
