Preparation of flour – first and most important step of paratha
Paratha starts with the right flour. Take two cups of wheat flour. Add a little salt to it and mix it well. Now knead a soft dough by adding some water. Keep in mind, to make the paratha, the dough should be slightly soft, so that it can remain soft and too flawed when cooked.
Now we make the garlic butter which will give this paratha a taste like garlic bread. For this:
-Heat a teaspoon of oil so that the butter does not burn.
-Add butter to it and as soon as it starts melting, add finely chopped garlic.
-Add a little green coriander, black pepper, italian seasoning (or pizza seasoning) and some salt. Keep in mind, butter contains salt, so add less.
Lairing of paratha – layers are only life
Now make small pedas of the dough you have prepared. Take a peda and roll it with light hands. The larger the big layers, the more layers will be made.
Now bend this roti like pleats – like someone bends paper like a fan. Then turn it round with light hands, as if a turban is formed. The layering that will be made from this will make the paratha special.
Paratha cooking – low heat awesome
When the temperature rises, then the butter inside will make steam and layers will start opening one by one. It is from here that real magic begins. Your paratha will also look good and it will be great to eat.
