-2 cup maida
-1 cup wheat flour
-1 teaspoon baking powder

1 cup lukewarm milk

Take lukewarm milk in a separate vessel. Add curd, sugar, salt and oil to it. Whisk it well, so that everything becomes uniform.
3. Knead dough
Now put the prepared milk-curd mixture slowly in the dough and knead soft dough. After the dough is ready, apply a little oil on it and keep it covered for half an hour. This will make the dough even more soft.

4. Tandoori bread rolling
After the dough is set, make medium -sized dough from it. Roll out a little dry flour. Then sprinkle garlic and green coriander on top and press it lightly with rolling, so that it sticks well.
Keep a cooker upside down on the gas. Apply light water on the back part of the bread and stick it on the surface of the cooker. You can apply 4-5 loaves at a time in this way.
As soon as the rotis start swelling, turn them up and bake them lightly, so that they cook well from both sides.
7. Last Touch
As soon as the rotis are ready, apply melted butter over them. Serve hot rotis with lentils, vegetables or chicken.
Tips
1. Milk should be lukewarm, do not use cold milk.
2. If you want, you can use only wheat flour instead of flour.
3. Instead of garlic and green coriander, sesame or fennel can also be added.
