Healthy and Tasty Coconut Dosa Recipe: Make Morning Breaks quickly.

Soft coconut dosa: Everyone needs healthy, tasty and low oil breakfast in the morning. Chutney preparation
First take a pan and add 1 tsp cooking oil to it. When the oil becomes slightly hot, then add 1 tsp whole cumin and 1 tsp black mustard seeds. When it starts to crackle, add 4-5 garlic buds and 8-10 hard leaves.

Next, add a cup finely chopped coconut (black skin removed). Fry it well for 2 minutes. Then when it cools, put it in the grinder jar. Now add it-4-5 green chillies, half inch ginger, 2-3 tablespoons roasted gram, a little green coriander, salt as per taste and little tamarind pulp.

Add some water and mix everyone and make a paste. Tempting sauce is ready, that too without adding it separately!

How to make coconut dosa batter
Now take 1 cup of rice and wash it well by adding 1 tsp fenugreek seeds. Then soak it in water. If you want, you can leave for overnight or it is enough for 30-40 minutes a day. After getting wet, remove the rice water and make a smooth paste by adding some water.

Now take 1 cup of poha, wash and soak it for 5-10 minutes so that it swells. Put it in the mixer and add the same amount of great coconut. Mix these two and blend, now mix these mixes in the pre -prepared rice paste and mix it well.

Add salt as per taste and add some water and prepare a batter like Dosa. Now add 1 tsp fruit salt to it, which will make the batter light and aerry.

How to make dosa

Now heat a nonstick pan or griddle. Keep the gas slow and spread the batter on a slight pan. Keep in mind that this dosa will be thin and forged, so do not keep the batter too thick.

Apply the lid and let it cook from just one side. When it dries from the top and becomes light brown from the bottom, take it off.

It takes only 1 minute to become every dosa. If you want, make all the batter in advance and prepare the drug in the morning.
