Materials required for recipe
-Chine -1 cup (fresh and thick)
-Kali Chilli -Half Spoon
-Cilli Flex -Half Spoon
-Pizza Seasoning -Half a teaspoon
-salt to taste
-Dhaniya Leaf -1 Fist
-The chili-1-2 (add more if you like it)
-Salpas-7-8
-Lemon juice -1 teaspoon
-Bred slices-4-5
-S or butter -toast
1. Prepare curd base
Add curd to a bowl. Add black pepper, chilli flakes, pizza seasoning and salt according to taste and whisk well so that all the spices mix well in curd.
2. Prepare the sauce
Grind coriander, green chillies, garlic, lemon juice and a little salt in the mixer jar. If you want, you can also add some water to it so that it becomes a smooth paste.
Add chutney to the prepared curd and mix it well. This is your flavor rich toast spread.
Dip the bread slices in this finished mixture and coat it well from both sides.
5. Toast
Heat the pan and add some oil or butter to it. Place the coated bread slices on the pan and toast on both sides till it turns golden brown.
Remove the hot curd chutney toast in a plate and sprinkle a little chilli flakes or pizza seasoning on top.

1. You can serve it as a snack with breakfast or evening tea.
2. Keep green chillies low while making for children so that it remains light.
3. If you want a more healthy version, then use less oil in a non-stick pan to to get the bread.
