Besan Poha Cutlet making ingredients
-Poha -Half a cup
-Tro -1 boiled
-Prush -1 big
-The chili -2
-Dhania leaf -3 tablespoons
-Ambu juice -1 tbsp
-Con paste-1 tbsp
-Bason -Half a cup (to make solution)
-Dhania powder -half a teaspoon
-Jeera Powder -1/4 teaspoon
-Uche powder -1/4 teaspoon
-Chram Masala -1 teaspoon
-The chili powder -as per taste
-Kali Chilli Powder -As per taste

Method of making gram flour poha cutlet
1. First wash the poha with water and soak it for 3-4 minutes. Keep not soaked the poha for long, otherwise they can be very wet and halwa.
2. Now squeeze the water and take out the poh in a bowl and mash it well.
3. Mash by adding boiled potatoes to it. Then put vegetables like onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, tomatoes or capsicum as per your choice.
4. Now mix all the spices – salt, red chili, black pepper, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder and garam masala and mix well.
5. On the other side, take gram flour in a bowl and add some water to it and prepare a thick solution and put it in a mixture of poha-potato.
6. Now knead this mixture like flour and give small cutlets or tikki shape.
7. Heat oil in a pan and fry these cutlets on medium flame till they turn golden.
8. Your delicious and crisp gram flour cutlets are ready. Serve them with green chutney, tomato sauce or curd dip.
In mind
1. To make the cutlets more healthy, you can also bake them in light oil on a pan instead of deep fry.
2. While soaking the poha, just add so much water that it gets wet lightly, otherwise the mixture will become very soft.
3. You can also add vegetables of your choice like carrots, beans or peas.
4. Always serve them hot, because the taste of cutlets may be slightly reduced when cold.
