Gram flour ladoos recipe

1. First take a thick pan and add desi ghee to it and allow it to heat on low flame.
2. As soon as the ghee is hot, add gram flour to it and fry on low flame while stirring continuously. Bake gram flour for about 12-13 minutes.
3. When the color of gram flour becomes light brown and the fragrance starts to come, then understand that it has cooked well.
4. Now add chopped cashews and almonds and mix well in gram flour.
5. Sprinkle a little water and roast the gram flour again. This will make gram flour light granular and will be easy to tie laddus.
6. When the water dries up, turn off the gas and remove the gram flour in a plate and let it cool lightly.
7. Now add sugar boora and cardamom powder to the gram flour and mix well with hands.
8. When the mixture becomes uniform, start tying laddus by pressing with both palms.
9. Decorate by pressing pistachios clipping over laddus.

Tips so that laddus become perfect
1. Besan always roast on low heat, otherwise it can burn.
2. The mixture should be light warm at the time of tying laddus, it will be difficult to tie when it is cold.
3. Use sugar boora, this makes the texture of laddus soft.
4. If you want, you can also add raisins or coconut powder to it.
