Ginger tea without milk
Essential things:
1. Ginger – 1 inch piece
2. Water – 1 cup

This tea is very effective for colds, colds, tiredness and body detox. Starting the day, the body feels light and active.

Essential things:
1. Ginger – 2 inch piece (grated)
2. Cardamom – 1 or 2 (crushed)
3. Water – 4 cups
4. Tea Leaf – 3 to 4 teaspoons
5. Sugar – 6 to 8 teaspoons (according to taste)
6. Milk – 4 to ½ cup
Method:
1. First wash and peel the ginger and then grate it or grind them finely.
2. Crush cardamom lightly so that its flavor comes out well.
3. Now take 4 cups of water in a fugitive or pot. Add ginger and cardamom to it.
4. Boil this water for 5 minutes. You will see that the water will start becoming a little yellow.
5. Now add sugar to it. You can do it more or less according to taste.
6. After one or two minutes add tea leaves to it.
7. Boil it until the water takes a dark red color. If you like strong tea, then boil a little more.
8. Now add milk to it. More or less milk depends on your choice.
9. Turn off the gas after boiling for one or two minutes.
10. Now filter the tea and take it out in the cup and drink it hot.
Tip:
If you like foam in tea, then let the tea boil two or three times while boiling. This causes both taste and fun double.
