The right way to knee dough
If you want to store the dough in advance, then the beginning will have to be corrected from there. Use lukewarm water while kneading the dough. If you want, you can also add a little milk or a teaspoon of curd to the water. With this, the dough will not only become soft but will also remain fresh for a long time.
Use of plastic wrap and airtight container
It has often been seen that people keep the dough in the fridge after kneading or locks it in a loose container. This ends moisture and dries the dough. The best way is to keep the dough in an airtight compartment. Putting transparent plastic rap on top of this will be even better.

After removing the fridge, keep it out for a while
When you remove the flour from the fridge, do not start rolling it immediately. Keep it at room temperature at least 15 to 20 minutes. This makes its temperature normal and makes it easier to roll the bread.
