Dabeli making materials

To serve:
1. 5 Pav
2. 5 tsp green chutney
3. 5 t -spoon tamarind chutney
4. 5 tsp finely chopped onions
5. Butter (for toasting)

1. Preparing Dabeli Masala
Put all whole spices in a pan and fry lightly on low flame until the fragrance starts coming. Now cool them and add them to the mixer and mix turmeric, mangoes, sugar and salt and grind them finely. Your delicious Dabeli Masala is ready.
Heat oil in a pan. Add prepared masala, tamarind chutney and some water. Now add boiled mashed potatoes and mix well. After turning off the gas, add coconut, coriander, sev, pomegranate and peanuts from above.

Cut the pav from the middle. Apply green chutney on one side and tamarind chutney on the other side. Keep the prepared potato stuffing in the middle and add onion on top. Now apply the pav butter and bake the crisp on both sides on the pan. Finally wrap the pav in the sev and serve hot.
Necessary tips
Dabeli masala can be made once in airtight compartment for 2-3 months. If you make stuffing in advance and store it in the fridge, then Dabeli will become quick. The balance of green and tamarind sauce adds to the taste. Bake the pav just before serving, then the crispness will remain.
