9. Salt as per taste
10. 1 cup gram flour
11. 2 teaspoon rice flour
12. A little water
13. Oil to fry
1. First put thin chopped onion in a large pot.
2. Now add green chillies, coriander, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, coriander powder, ginger-garlic paste and salt.
3. Add gram flour and rice flour on top. Rice flour makes dumplings more crisp.
4. Now add a little water and mix everything well. Keep in mind that the mixture is not very thin.
5. When the mixture becomes such that pakoras can be lifted by hand and they do not stick, then understand the mix is perfect.
6. Now heat oil in a pan.
7. When the oil is well heated, then start pouring pakoras on medium flame.
8. Do not add too much pakoras at a time, so that they can roast well.
9. Fry the dumplings from both sides till they turn golden and crisp.
10. Now remove the hot pakoras and keep it on the tissue paper so that extra oil is removed.
