Ingredients
1. 6 bread slices
2. Green Chutney (Peppermint-Diabetic)
3. Cheese (grated, Mozarella or Processed)
4. 1 onion (finely chopped)
5. 2 Table Spoon Besan
6. 1 Table Spoon Rice Flour
7. Turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder
8. Salt as per taste
9. Water (to make batter)
10. Oil (to deep fry)
First of all take bread slices and make a slightly flat with rolling. Now apply green chutney on it and put a little thing on top. If you want, you can also add boiled potatoes to it. Now roll it gently and stick the sides with light water.
2. Better Making:
Add gram flour, rice flour, finely chopped onion, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder and salt to a bowl. Now add a little water and mix it until the smooth batter is ready. The batter is not very thin, nor very thick.

3. Frying:
Now dip these rolls well in the prepared batter so that they coat all around. Then deep fry them in hot oil until it becomes golden brown and crispy.
Place the prepared bread rolls in a plate, put on top red garlic chutney or tomato sauce. Serve together with green chutney or hot tea.
A small suggestion
If you want a healthy option, then you can also make these bread rolls in an air fryer or oven. Just spray a little oil on top and bake until crisp. So the next time the rain drops fall, enter the kitchen and make it easy but tremendous snack. Believe me, Neber will come again to ask for the recipe.
