Sabudana- A Cup
Milk- Full cream 1 liter
Ghee- 1 to 2 tablespoons
Chinese-half cup
Almonds- 5-10
Raisins-8-10
Cashew-8 to 10
Green cardamom powder- 1 teaspoon
Saffron- 2-3 fibers

First of all, put sabudane in a bowl and clean it with clean water. Now put it in water and soak it for 15 minutes. Now remove the water and keep it spread in a plate so that do not stick to each other. Now add milk in a vessel and let it boil. Milk is to boil until it becomes half. Now put sago in milk. Cook it while stirring for 5-7 minutes. If the milk starts to look thick like rabri, then add sugar to it. Cut all dry fruits into fine or small pieces and put it in milk. Now check whether the sabudana is cooked or not. If there is a little raw inside, cook on a little and low flame. Finally add cardamom powder and saffron and turn off the gas. Instead of directing dry fruits, you can also add ghee to the pan and fry it lightly. Keep it in the fridge to cool it. The delicious Sabudana Rabri is ready. Keep yourself fit by eating it in fast.
