2 cup semolina (rava)
1 cup yogurt (better if fresh)

Half a teaspoon pepper powder
1 pinch ino or baking soda
1. Prepare the batter: First of all add semolina and curd to a bowl. Now prepare a smooth solution by adding some water to it. This solution should not be too thin nor too thick. Cover it for 10-15 minutes so that the semolina swells.
2. Prepare vegetables: Meanwhile wash all the vegetables thoroughly and cut it finely. Such as onion, tomato, capsicum, green chillies, carrots and green coriander.
3. Mix in the batter: When the semolina swells well, add salt, pepper powder to it. Finally add ino and mix lightly with hands. As soon as you add ino, there will be foam in the solution which will make the uttapam puffed up.
